When performing in the bedroom leads to fear, anxiety and the look of disappointment on a partner’s face, it can put a lot of pressure on men. Kegels for men have been shown to help guys last longer and feel more confident (partners love confidence in the bedroom).
A men’s kegel exercise routine will help you master the bedroom and take control of your penis.
But why should you be doing kegels? What do these exercises really do? And when in the world will you find the time to do kegel exercises?
- Intensify your orgasms
- Increases the length of your orgasm
- Allow you to orgasm without ejaculating
- Make you last longer in bed
Forget being the two-minute man – those days are long behind you. When you learn how to work your pubococcygeus muscle (PC for short), you’ll learn how to gain control over your penis. This is a muscle that can be strengthened (males and females have it), and it has been shown to help people with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
And when you work this muscle, you’ll be able to control how long you stay hard, too.
This is just like working any other muscle in the body, but this is the one muscle most men know about the least. If you can control this muscle (we’ll show you how to soon), you’ll be able to last a heck of a lot longer in bed, too.
Exercises are so easy to do that you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of kegels for men by performing exercises when:
- You’re at work
- You’re watching television
- You’re stuck in traffic
How to Last Longer in Bed for Men Naturally
We had the difficult task of trying to find “last longer in bed” tips that actually worked. And given our experience, we knew that a lot (most really) of “methods” didn’t work at all. Some of the natural methods actually cause more harm than good, which is definitely not something you can afford to risk when it comes to your sex life.
If you want to all of the benefits of kegel exercises, you need to follow the guidelines below to help you along the way.
1. Find Your PC Muscles
Kegel exercise benefits are only realized if you work the right muscle. And since this is a muscle most men are finding out about just now, it can be rather confusing to get started. First, you’ll need to get naked (lock the door or do the next steps while in a locked room).
Ready? Great! Now all you need to do is:
- Place your pointer and middle finger (together) between your legs right before your anus and testicles (that smooth piece of skin).
- Mimic the same “movement” you do when trying to hold in your pee when you have to urinate. Try and contract “hold” your pee and pay attention to your fingers.
You should feel a movement when you’re “flexing.”
Don’t worry if you’re having trouble feeling the movement at first. A lot of men get confused at this point and give up, but keep focused and try to hold in your “pee.”
A few tips on making this a little easier are:
- Relax your legs
- Relax your butt muscles
- Relax your abs
You don’t need to flex any other muscles in your body at this time. Focus on the PC muscle, and keep focusing on contraction until you feel it move with your fingers.
Once you’ve found the spot and know what you’re looking for with your fingers, perform another hold and remain contracted. This will be the essence of all kegels for men, and it’s a simple concept once you know what you’re doing.
Easy – right?
2. Start a Kegel Routine
You know how you have to follow a workout routine to get stronger and more fit? Well, you’ll need to have the same motivation and determination to be able to see the results of kegel exercises.
This is a process that will go at a snail’s pace – it doesn’t provide results in a few days.
But it’s so simple to do that you’ll have time to do it daily if you put your mind to it. There are even apps that will allow you to monitor your progress (more on that down below.)
First we need to come up with a kegel routine to be able to work this muscle effectively. The good news is that there are little variations that can be done to work this muscle. The biggest variation you’ll have is how long you hold the exercise before releasing.
A basic routine to start will look something like this:
- Hold for 5 seconds
- Release for 2 seconds
- Repeat 5 times
Once you’ve been able to perform this set for quite a while without having to take a break, you’ll be able to move to:
- 10 – 15 quick squeezes and releases
And from here, you’ll want to transition to longer periods of holding the exercise to really work that muscle out.
If you want to put it all together, you can do a routine along these lines:
- Hold for 5 seconds, release and repeat 5 times
- Hold for 10+ seconds, release and repeat 10 times
- Quickly squeeze and release 10 – 15 times
And we further encourage you to hold for longer periods of time even if that means you can’t do as many repetitions. Aim for 10 seconds, and then 15, 20 and so on. This pattern of holding will allow you to be able to stop yourself from cumming fast, too.
It’s all about endurance and stamina, and if you really push yourself, you’ll be amazed by what a few weeks or months will be able to change.
Tips to Using Your Kegel Exercises in the Bedroom
All of the exercises in the world won’t help you if you don’t know how to use these exercises to boost your performance in the bedroom. You want to last longer and have more confidence – right?
If not, you’re wasting your time.
But if you want to be the master of your own body and ejaculate on your own terms, here are a few tips that will help you reach this euphoric level of control:
- How to Last Longer: If you don’t want to cum just yet, all you need to do is squeeze and hold your PC muscles. you’ll do this until you realize you’ve left your peak (the time when you feel like you’re going to burst).
- How to Have an Intense Orgasm: Want to have a really intense orgasm? Sure you do. This can be done by getting right to the point of orgasming where you’re just about ready to ejaculate and trying to perform a kegel hold in an effort to stop yourself from ejaculating. Delaying your orgasm will allow you to have a much more intense orgasm.
There have been people that state they can have an orgasm without ejaculating. This is done in the same way as above, but it’s all about timing and squeezing hard enough that you don’t ejaculate but you still hit an orgasm.
It’s all about practice, so try a few variations until you get the results you want.
Reverse kegels for men should come after you’ve been doing normal kegel exercises for quite some time. This is the movement that you do when you try to force urine out faster, and it’s a lot like the muscle you contract when trying to pass gas.
If you’ve mastered the original kegel, you’ll know how to check if you’re doing this exercise properly.
You don’t need an app to perform kegel exercises, but they can help you keep track of your progress and routine so that you can reap the benefits in the process.
Kegel exercises for men will be all about stamina and endurance. When combined with the SizeGenetics program, kegel exercises deilver even better results.
